4. Any privacy policies or data retention policies specifically governing the collection, storage, and sharing of ALPR data with third-party agencies.

I request these records be provided in electronic format (PDF/Excel) to minimize costs. I agree to pay reasonable duplication costs up to $20.00; please notify me prior to fulfilling this request if costs will exceed that amount.
